Short listing And Selection
- Conduct phone interviews to assess the candidates’ qualifications considering the role’s basic requirements
- Conduct physical interviews to assess candidate behaviors and skillsets
- Obtain reference checks (optional, and only for the CXO level)

Presentation of Candidate
- Provide the client with the candidates’ profiles
- Client conducts interviews with the candidates and decides whether to hire them

Conclusion
- Obtain the client’s feedback (Revert to Step 4 if no candidate is hired)
- Support the client in issuing of a job offers and& contracts
